My wife and I had really just started looking for a home to purchase in Reno when we noticed that homes in the locations we wanted were moving really fast. We found one posting on Zillow and decided to call right away. Chelsea called us back quickly the same day and we instantly enjoyed her personality and knowledge.
From the moment we started working with her we felt like she had our best interests at heart and her ultimate goal was to help us find our dream home. She was always up-front about the property world in Reno and continuously asked us what we wanted (older Reno, single story, lots of property space, etc) and did her best to find places that fit it. She also never made us feel bad or like we had wasted her time if we viewed a home and did not feel attached to it. It was obvious she cared about our feelings and needs over anything else. She made herself available at all times of the day and acted quickly when something popped up or we sent her listings that we just saw.
It’s also important to mention that during this time of COVID she wore a mask at all times and made our, her and the home owners safety a priority during any meetings or showing. That was greatly appreciated as my wife works in the medical field and is around lots of people and patients all day.
Once we found the perfect place (and we did!!!) she did an amazing job of working us through all the steps for purchase. Even when there were a few hiccups on the seller’s side she remained patient and took all the time she needed to help us understand what was going on which helped us remain calm and not stressed.
I can’t say enough about how pleasant and awesome it was to work with Chelsea. I would recommend her to anyone in Reno looking for a home to buy or sell. And if we get to the point of needing to move again she will be the person I reach out to for help.
