Chelsea is one of those unicorn realtors! Patient, nice, professional and on top of stuff. She stuck by us for a year while we waited for our perfect house and when It popped up she swooped in, got us the deal, wrote what we wanted into the contract (including the perfect little baby gates the sellers had). She was easy to work with, communicated clearly between us and the sellers and we ended up closing 2 weeks early. After we moved in we had a small hiccup turning our water main back on, so Chelsea personally drove over to help us locate it and fix the problem.
